Attending Physician

Education Background：

Dr. Zhang graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University (Present-day Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University). He is admitted in Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University as a part-time student to receive his master degree.

Working Experience：

Dr. Zhang worked in pediatrics department of Shanghai Xinhua Hospital for 15 years after graduation in 2003. Starting from 2009, he worked as an attending physician in PICU, mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric critical illnesses and emergency treatment on difficult diseases of children. Dr. Zhang has certifications on BLS, PALS, CRRT, ECMO, etc. In April 2018, he joined Shanghai American-Sino Hospital and participated in the management of pediatric wards and outpatient clinics; in October 2020, he served as the deputy chief of pediatric inpatient department.

Specialty：

Dr. Zhang is good at using the latest professional knowledge, clinical experience and holistic thinking to carry out individualized diagnosis and treatment for common pediatric diseases (such as infectious diseases, allergic diseases, common childhood skin diseases and alimentary system diseases) and focusing on early identification, prevention and education of difficult and critical diseases.
